Guidelines 

In a substantial bowl consolidate all fixings (aside from tortillas) and mix with a wooden spoon until uniformly mixed. 

Spread the blend over tortilla and move up firmly. Rehash with residual plate of mixed greens. I had enough filling for 3 10 inch width tortillas. 

Cut with serrated blade into ½-3/4 inch cuts. You can cut them quickly or refrigerate until firm (around 30 mins). It's simpler to cut when chilled. 


Store in the ice chest in a water/air proof holder until prepared to serve.
