2 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 Glass Milk
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard, Discretionary
1/4 Teaspoon Hot Sauce, Discretionary
3/4 Glass Destroyed Cheddar

FOR THE MEAT:
