FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE Nutty spread CAKE
Fixings
2 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder (get it here)
2 tbsp Swerve Sugar or Erythritol
1 vast fed egg
1 tbsp substantial cream
1/2 tsp vanilla concentrate
1/4 tsp heating powder
1 tsp salted margarine
1 tbsp nutty spread
Guidelines
In a little blending bowl, join cocoa powder, sugar and heating powder. Fork rush to join and blend any heating powder bunches.
In a different little blending bowl, consolidate egg, overwhelming cream and vanilla concentrate. Rush to consolidate. Empty the wet fixings into the dry fixings. Blend until fixings are very much joined. Dissolve the margarine in a ramekin or little bowl and whirl to coat.
Empty hitter into buttered ramekin.
Microwave for 1 moment and 20 seconds.
Mollify nutty spread in the microwave and sprinkle over best of cake.
