Instant chicken wings with garlic and Parmesan cheese

ingredients
To mix before cooking under pressure:

  • 3 pounder drumsticks / chicken wings (depending on your preference) * See note
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 cup of water
  • To Mix Before Baking:
  • 5 large cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • To mix before serving:
  • 1/3 cup parmesan
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the pestle in a large bowl and mix with the garlic powder, onion powder and 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  • Place a cup of water at the bottom of the instant jar, then place the trivet at the bottom of the instant jar. Add the chicken wings, close the lid and cook under high pressure for 6 minutes (the IP will take 15 to 17 minutes to pressurize). Meanwhile, place the oven rack in the center position and preheat the oven to 525 ° F.

  • When the pressure cooking is complete, release the pressure quickly. It normally takes 2-3 minutes to release the pressure.
  • Remove the wings from the IP and place them in a large bowl. Add the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic and salt in a small bowl and mix. For overcooked chicken wings and toss.

  • Place the chicken wings, skin down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 8 minutes. Then grill for another 2-3 minutes without opening the oven.
  • Remove the wings with parmesan, salt and parsley still hot. Serve and enjoy.
