PALEO KETO COOKIES CREAM FAT BOMBS
These gluten free, paleo and keto treats 'n cream fat bombs make perfect little low carb treats, and require no heating (or treats!) at all.
Fixings
FOR THE 'OREO COOKIE' CRUMBS
60 g almond flour
11 g cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons Swerve confectioners or powdered xylitol*
1/2 teaspoon moment espresso discretionary
squeeze fit salt
2 tablespoons softened grass-sustained margarine or ghee/coconut oil
FOR THE VANILLA CREAM
160 ml full fat coconut milk
2-4 tablespoons xylitol erythritol, to taste*
squeeze fit salt
160 ml substantial whipping cream or chilled coconut cream (see notes)
2 teaspoons vanilla concentrate
Directions
FOR THE 'OREO COOKIE' CRUMBS
Daintily toast almond flour in a dry skillet or container over medium warmth, until completely brilliant and fragrant (2-4 minutes). This is imperative taste-wise don't as well, skip!
