MOCHA CAKE MOVE WITH RASPBERRIES 

Rich mocha cake roll pressed with espresso and chocolate flavors! Loaded up with buttercream icing and finished off with polished coffee ganache and crisp raspberries. 


Fixings 
Mocha cake 

1¾ mugs Fallen angel's nourishment cake blend 

3 Eggs Substantial 

⅓ container Water 

2 tbsp Vegetable oil 

1 tbsp Moment espresso granules 

¼ container Powdered sugar 

Chocolate ganache 

1 container Dull chocolate chips 

½ container Overwhelming cream 

1 tbsp Moment espresso granules 

Filling 

Buttercream icing 

Enhancement 

1 container Raspberries New, washed and tapped dry 

Destroyed white chocolate 

Directions 
In a profound blending bowl, include the eggs and blend until they are soft. 

Include water and oil and blend once more. 

Include the cake blend and moment espresso granules and blend until simply consolidated. 

Empty this hitter into a jam move container (Measurements: 15in x 10in x 1in) fixed with wax paper or material paper. 

Prepare at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes or until the cake springs back when delicately contacted. Don't over prepare!
