Chocolate Secured Fruits Formula 


Fixings 
10 oz Maraschino Fruits 

2 tbsp mollified Spread 

1 tsp Corn Syrup 

1 tbsp fluid from Mariaschino Cherry 

1/2 tsp Invertase 

1/2 container Powdered Sugar 

12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate 

Directions 
Expel fruits from fluid and spot on paper towel lined sheet to deplete. 

Line a treat sheet with material paper. 

Join spread, corn syrup, 1 tablespoon of fluid from fruits and invertase. 

Mix until mixed. 

Bit by bit include powdered sugar. Blend should meet up and not be excessively sticky. 

Structure into I/2" balls and level. Spot a depleted cherry in the center and wrap to totally cover cherry. Move to round out ball. Come back to arranged sheet. 

Spot in cooler for somewhere around 30 minutes. 

Soften chocolate by microwaving fo 45 seconds, blending and rehashing until smooth and liquefied. 

Dunk balls in chocolate with a fork, shaking off abundance and come back to arranged sheet. 

Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set chocolate. 

Utilize a blade to deliberately trim abundance chocolate from confections. 


Spot in fixed compartment and permit to sit for a week or so for invertase to liquify sugar.
